The submission deadline each year for both stages is January 31. If not selected, you will be place on a waiting list for consideration the following year. It is a good idea, however, to resubmit your CD and tell us you would like to be considered again. The stage lineup is generally not finalized until early April.

Festival Music: a legacy
The Festival is known for its spectacular line-up of recording artists and performers. Since 1988, the Festival showcases many great performers, including; Eric Burdon, Marty Balin, Dave Mason, Leon Russell, Dan Hicks, Jessie Colin-Young, Leo Kottke, Joe Louis Walker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Roy Rogers, Marshall Crenshaw, The Ventures, Elvin Bishop, John Sebastian, Maria Muldaur, Montrose, Commander Cody, Ronnie Montrose, Robben Ford,and last year, Carlene Carter, of the legendary Carter-Cash clan.
Local favorites like Wonderbread 5, Noelle Hampton, the Amy Wigton Band and Volker Strifler played the Main Stage in recent years.

Seventh Street Stage
The Seventh Street Stage is next to the Premium Wine Garden at Grant Avenue and 7th Street. The Premium Wine Garden features shaded seating for festival goers to relax, sip premium wine and listen to live music. Seventh Street music tends toward mellower rock and roll and a mix of jazz, blues, funk and folk. Among the bands that have played this stage in past years are The Sun Kings, Zebop!, Boptropolis, Rene Escovedo and Uphill Both Ways.
